বালিকা ধর্ষণের শাস্তি ফাঁসি, প্রস্তাব পাশ মন্ত্রিসভায়!!

এ ব্যাপারে একটি প্রস্তাব রবিবার মধ্যপ্রদেশ মন্ত্রিসভায় অনুমোদিত হয়েছে। একই সঙ্গে অনুমোদিত হয়েছে গণধর্ষণের শাস্তি সংক্রান্ত প্রস্তাবটিও।

অপরাধীদের শাস্তি ও জরিমানার পরিমাণ বাড়ানোর লক্ষ্যে ভারতীয় দণ্ডবিধির ধরা সংশোধনের প্রস্তাবও এ দিন সর্বসম্মতিতে পাশ হয়েছে মধ্যপ্রদেশ মন্ত্রিসভায়।মধ্যপ্রদেশে গত কয়েক মাসে মহিলাদের ওপর নির্যাতনের ঘটনা অস্বাভাবিক ভাবে বেড়ে যাওয়ায় রাজ্যের স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী ভূপেন্দ্র সিংহ দিনকয়েক আগেই এমন কড়া পদক্ষেপের ইঙ্গিত দিয়েছিলেন।
